Cantate Toscana

Florence, the city that inspired the genius of Dante and Leonardo Da Vinci. The city of the Uffizi and the David di Donatello. The cradle of the Renaissance and the italian language. In Florence you can breathe history, sacred and secular art. There is no other place in the world of so many illustrious "sons" can boast of the number and size. Literature, painting, sculpture and architecture make Florence a synonym of culture. Florence is also known as one of the most beautiful cities in the world, with its many monuments and museums such as the Cathedral, Santa Croce, the Uffizi Gallery, Ponte Vecchio, Piazza della Signoria and Palazzo Pitti.

Tuscany is one of the most important Italian regions and for historical, artistic, economic and cultural landscape. The most popular italian tourist region is known for the quality of life, culinary delights, and richness of its cultural heritage. 

At the Choir Festival "Cantate Toscana" you can participate at a friendship concert with a local choir in Florence or nearby Florence where you can share music and culture. The most important moment will be the final concert in a theatre where you meet all participating choirs and where each group can perform a piece of his choice.  

Programm:

Day 1: Arrival in late afternoon to the Hotel in Florence or surroundings. Check-in and Welcome drink. Dinner at hotel. After diner - free time.

Day 2: Breakfast in hotel; meet the guide and depart for the guided tour of Florence. Lunch in hotel or restaurant. Afternoon is free for individual activities. In the evening you will participate at a friendship concert with a local choir in Florence or surroundings. The evening ends with a glass of typical Tuscan wine. 

Day 3: Breakfast in hotel and departure to Siena. Guided tour of the city of Siena.  Lunch on your own. Afternoon return to hotel and prepare for the final concert. In the late afternoon final concert with all participating choirs in a theatre. After the final concert, back to the hotel. Dinner at hotel. 

Day 4: Breakfast in hotel and return home
